2024 Australia Post Community Grants

Submissions closed at midnight 1 July 2024 (AEST).

The Australia Post Community Grants program supports local community organisations across Australia to help people to connect and stay mentally well.

The 2024 Australia Post Community Grants is accepting applications for community-led, local projects that connect individuals and communities to improve mental health and mental wellbeing.

-        Before starting your application, ensure you have read the 2024 Australia Post Community Grants Guidelines.

-        Ensure that you have followed all instructions as incomplete or incorrect applications may be deemed ineligible.

-        Your application will only be considered if it has been successfully submitted, and you have received a confirmation email.

 

How to complete the application form

Click on the ‘Start a Submission’ button above to get started.

Use the 'Next Page' or 'Previous Page' buttons at the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the application. You can also use the Form Navigation contents box to jump directly to the page you want. All fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory.

Saving your application

To save and complete your application later, press 'Save' and log out.  

When you log back in, click on the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen. You can then reopen your draft application and start where you left off.  

You can also download your application, whether draft or submitted, as a PDF. Click on the 'Download' button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form. 

Submitting your application

The Review and Submit button can be found at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. Once you have reviewed your application, click 'Submit' at the top of the screen or on the navigation panel.  

You will not be able to submit your application until all the compulsory questions are completed. Once you have submitted your application, no further editing is possible.  

You will receive an automated confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached. This will be sent to the email you used to register.  

If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email, your application has NOT been submitted.
